However, a large part of your diet should remain food-based. We recommend recommend to include the protein powder into a healthy diet that includes meals and snacks consisting of different food groups.
Although it supplies a significant amount of protein, you shouldn't use your protein powder to try and fill in other nutrition gaps. Remember that your protein powder should be a relatively small portion of your entire diet in the overall picture of things.
