There are a lot of healthy foods out there to choose from. Try to get a variety of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, low-fat/fat-free dairy, and healthy fats in your diet to help support weight loss.
On the other hand, limiting highly processed and packaged foods, desserts, fatty/greasy foods, sodas, candy, and other similar foods is a good idea because they will be less nutritious and filling, and have more "empty" calories.
