You don't have much choice in where exactly you lose body fat. The best way to lose the fat in a certain area is to lose it overall.
To achieve fat loss, you'll need to be in a calorie deficit, meaning that you are consuming fewer calories than you are expending over time. In general, staying active and focusing on your eating habits are going to be the best ways to achieve a calorie deficit.
Try making small changes to your normal lifestyle to help reduce energy balance. You could work on including some more exercise, staying more active in your daily living, focusing on weekend eating habits, etc.
If you're still unsure where to start, looking at your food choices can be a great first step. Your food choices will heavily influence your caloric intake. Typical foods that will be nutrient dense and lower in calories will be lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lower-fat dairy.
