In general, we recommend having one serving of your Personalized Protein powder within a day. A single scoop per day will be a significant boost in protein to support your daily needs. You can choose to use your protein powder everyday, or just on days in which you struggle with protein intake in your diet (or on workouts days for example, when protein needs are increased).
Sometimes when losing weight, it's more difficult to consume enough protein in your diet, due to maintaining a calorie deficit. It's okay to use more than a serving of protein powder in a day, but it's also important to make sure you are not taking up too much of your diet with it so that you can still consume a variety of other foods.
