This commonly happens if you are trying to replace entire meals with a low-calorie protein shake. Your protein powder isn't intended to take the place of a balanced, food-based meal. However, there are some ways that you can increase how satiated you feel from your protein shake.
First off, we recommend adding whole foods to a blended protein smoothie. Including frozen fruit, nut butters, dairy/soy milk, etc. It's a quick and delicious way to make your blend more of a complete meal.
Another way to feel satiated is to switch to a Protein Powder that has micellar casein.
