How to add/remove Pre-Workout, Hydration, and Performance Boosts to/from your subscription

Your Gainful Sports Nutrition System is completely customizable. Follow the steps below.

1. Head to Gainful.com and log in.
2. Head to the "Subscription" tab.
3. Click "Edit Your Box"
4. Under the "Recommended For You" section, you can click the "+" sign to add a product to your subscription cart.
5. When adding a product, make sure to select your preferred quantity and formulation/flavor preferences. 
6. To remove a product from your subscription, click the item in your cart. In the panel that pops up, click "Remove."
