How do I delay my subscription(s)?

You can delay your subscription orders anytime before your next order date by logging into your account. If you have more than one product in your subscription and wish to delay everything, follow the steps below. To delay a single product, scroll down. Please note that placed orders cannot be delayed, cancelled, or modified. 

To Delay Your Next Order 

1 ) Log in to your Gainful account.

2 ) Click "Manage Subscriptions" 

3 ) Scroll down and select "Skip"

4 ) You can choose to skip 1, 2, or 3 weeks

5 ) Or you can pick your own date by selecting "Next Order Date."

To Delay Single Items in your Next Order

1 ) Follow steps 1 & 2 above 

2 ) Select "Edit" for the single item

3 ) Select "Skip Next Order"
