Customers can log into their Gainful account anytime before their next subscription order date to delay, cancel, or edit their subscription. A subscription reminder email is sent three days before the order is placed to give customers time to delay, edit, or cancel their subscription.
Due to the personalized and edible nature of Gainful products, once an order is packed, its contents can't be resold. For that reason, Gainful products cannot be returned for a refund.
