Sorry partner, cancelling or delaying your subscription when you have an order processing will only cancel future orders, not any orders that have already processed.
Our fulfillment team works extremely quickly to fulfill orders, so once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Gainful automatically sends a reminder email three days before your next order. Customers can cancel or postpone an upcoming order anytime before their order date, but not on that date or after.
You can make changes to a future order by logging into your Gainful profile.
