This really depends on you, your goals, and your schedule! You don't have to eat a certain amount of times each day. What is most important is your total daily intake over time, so you can choose to split it up how you'd like.
However, most people do best with eating at least a few balanced meals per day. You can break it up further if you'd like, or add in some snacks between. It's okay to eat less frequently, but a lot of times, that can make it difficult to control hunger and food choices.
