Protein powder in general is unlikely to have a negative effect on blood pressure. Diet therapy for high blood pressure typically involves eating nutritious foods that is low in sodium and unhealthy fats (both of which we'll make sure to limit in your Personalized Protein powder).
Caffeine is something that can raise your blood pressure temporarily. Some of the protein powders we create do have a small amount of caffeine in it. As always, we recommend consulting with your physician before starting any new dietary supplement, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication.
