Protein powder in general is unlikely to have a negative effect on blood pressure. Diet therapy for high blood pressure typically involves eating nutritious foods that is low in sodium and unhealthy fats (both of which we'll make sure to limit in your Personalized Protein powder).
Caffeine is something that can raise your blood pressure temporarily. Some of our protein powders, such as Lean Whey and Lean Plant, do have a small amount of caffeine in them.
As always, we recommend consulting with your physician before starting any new dietary supplement, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication.
