First, always check with your physician before taking any supplement, especially while pregnant or nursing.
Generally, it's recommended to limit daily caffeine consumption to under 300 mg while pregnant. If you are worried about the naturally occurring caffeine content of the green tea extract we use in some of our protein powder blends, note that 1 serving of green tea extract contributes a small amount of caffeine (~5 mg). Please note this number is subject to change based on testing.
Some of our other Gainful products contain a more significant amount of caffeine. For Pre-Workout and Hydration, check the label to see the caffeine content. We also offer caffeine-free versions of our Protein Powders, Hydration, and Pre-Workout.
