Can I pause my subscription orders?

Gainful customers can completely customize their deliveries.  Although we don't offer an indefinite pause feature, you can postpone and reschedule your orders. 

1) Log into your profile Gainful.com 

2) Head to the "Subscriptions" tab.

3) Select "Manage Subscriptions" for each item you'd like to pause

4) Select "Reschedule"

5) Select the date you'd like to receive your next order

6) Select "Save Changes"

Please note that postponements and changes of order dates must be made before your order date, not on your order date or after. Editing your subscription on your order date will not apply to that day's order, only your next order.
