Can I pause my subscription orders?

Gainful customers can completely customize their deliveries.  Although we don't offer an indefinite pause feature, you can postpone and reschedule your orders. 

1) Log into your profile Gainful.com 

2) Head to the "Subscription" tab.

3) Select "Edit" next to "Next Order Date."

4) In the panel that pops up, choose the date you wish your next order to be placed on. 

5) Click "Save Changes"

6) If you want to postpone your order for a longer time, you can repeat this process until you land on a date that works best for you. 

Please note that postponements and change of order dates must be made before your order date, not on your order date or after. Editing your subscription on your order date will not apply to that day's order, only your next order.
