The timeline of your results is going to depend on many factors beyond your supplement use. Your diet, exercise, genetics, sleep, stress, etc. all play a huge role in achieving your health and fitness goals.
It's also going to depend on what your specific goals are. Many people are trying to gain or lose weight (muscle and fat, respectively). In general, a safe and healthy rate of weight loss is somewhere around 0.5-2 pounds per week. On the other hand, muscle gain is a little slower. Gaining even a couple pounds of muscle in a month is excellent progress.
