How do I change my billing address?

You can update your billing addresses at any time by following the steps below. 

1) Log in to your Gainful account.

2) Select "Manage Subscriptions" in the left menu.

3) Scroll down and select "Edit" next to Billing.

4) Select "Edit" within your primary payment method.

5) Scroll down to update your billing address 

6) Select "Save Changes".

Note: If your primary payment method is through Shop Pay, they will send an email to update your payment method, where you can edit your billing address.
