Our fulfillment team works extremely quickly to fulfill orders, so once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Gainful automatically sends a reminder email three days before your next order. Customers can cancel or postpone an upcoming order anytime before their order date, but not on that date or after.
For example, if your order date is 6/2, but you cancel your subscription on 6/3, that does not cancel your 6/2 order but does cancel future orders. Similarly, if your order processed at 11:10AM, and you edited your subscription at 11:11AM, your order will still ship out as indicated at 11:10AM.
You can make changes to a future order or your subscription settings by logging into your Gainful profile.
