Our fulfillment team works extremely quickly to fulfill orders, so once an order is confirmed, it can't be cancelled. Cancelling a subscription after an order has processed, will only cancel future orders, not your current one. Changes must be made before your order date. We'll always send a reminder email a few days before your next order as a head's up.
Due to the personalized nature of Gainful products, we cannot offer refunds for unwanted orders that have already processed, shipped, or delivered.
For this reason, customers can manage their subscription settings themselves by logging into their Profile at gainful.com. Any changes to a subscription must be made before your next order date.
