We do not recommend to simply drink copious amounts of your protein powder for a majority of your nutrition. Your blend is designed to supply your diet with a high amount of quality protein. We don't add extra nutrients in though, and you shouldn't be replacing a large part of your diet (such as a full meal or multiple meals) with it. However, this suggestion would apply for any protein powder/supplement. Your diet should remain food-based, although protein powders can be a great help. I would recommend to include the protein powder into a healthy diet that includes meals and snacks consisting of different food groups.
Although it supplies a significant amount of protein, you shouldn't use it to try and fill in other nutrition gaps. Remember that your protein powder should be a relatively small portion of your entire diet, in the overall picture of things. There is no magic supplement out there. If you are still set on replacing a big part of your nutrition with a supplement, we recommend doing it under the medical supervision of your doctor.
