Unfortunately there is no way to lose fat in only specific places on your body. We are all different and have certain genetics. Some people store and lose fat easier in certain places on their bodies. For many of us, the midsection or "love handles" seem to be the trouble area. For others, it could be hips, buttocks, arms, etc.
The only way to lose fat in a certain area of your body is to lose weight/fat overall. Eventually your body will distribute the weight loss and it will come off in the areas that you are trying to lose it. No matter what specific exercise or "diet" you follow (in spite of what you may see advertised), you won't be able to lose fat in only certain areas.
