There unfortunately isn't really a way to lose fat in a specific area body. Some people store and lose fat easier in certain places, mostly influenced by genetics. For many of us, the midsection or "love handles" seem to be the trouble area. For others, it could be hips, buttocks, arms, etc.
If you lose weight/fat overall, eventually your body will distribute the weight loss and it will come off in the areas that you are trying to lose it.
