We have 100% plant-based, vegan protein powder blends that we can create if you are following a low FODMAP diet. In the quantities we include them in, none of the ingredients would be considered high FODMAP. Additionally, there won't be any lactose or gluten containing ingredients, which are two things that most people avoid when trying to alleviate digestive symptoms that the low FODMAP diet is intended to target.
However, digestion and tolerance are very individualized, and it’s impossible for us to promise you won’t experience any issues with your protein powder, or any other supplement/food for that matter. Trial and error is usually the only method to know for sure, but we're happy to make your protein how you would like!
