This can depends on your preferences! We generally recommend mixing your protein with ice cold milk or your favorite plant-based milk.
You can also mix your protein with water, although milk will produce a more flavorful shake. You can also make a smoothie by blending your protein powder with milk (or a milk substitute), fruits and veggies, oats, or peanut butter! And, of course, don't forget to add your favorite Flavor Boosts :)
