Absolutely. For our customers who follow the ketogenic diet, we can design your protein powder to promote ketosis. Typically, the ketogenic diet is high in fat, very low in carbs, and moderate in protein. We can make a blend for you that is virtually carbohydrate free (thanks to finely filtered whey protein isolate), and add a decent amount of fats in the form of MCT oil powder.
We also recommend adding your own fats into the shake. If you have a blender, you can easily mix up with peanut butter, nuts/seeds, avocado, high fat milk/yogurt (although dairy will add some carbs).
In general, however, we would not recommend following a ketogenic diet. However, everyone is different, prefers different things, and their bodies respond differently. Trial and error is often the best method to see if you like a certain diet pattern or lifestyle. That way, you know for sure if you want to follow it.
