This really depends on you, your goals, and your schedule! We usually recommend doing small and frequent meals and snacks throughout the day. For our customers who are trying to lose a few pounds, this will be an especially good strategy. We recommend eating 4-6 times per day split between meals and snacks.
Frequent eating will space out your nutrition, as well as keep your hunger stabilized throughout the day so you are less likely to over eat. If your schedule doesn't allow for small spaced out meals, then you should not stress too much over it – you'll have to find a balance that works for you.
Keep in mind that your weight is determined by your total calorie intake for the day. Regardless of how many meals you eat, your calorie balance will be the same. For example, if you eat 2,000 calories in two meals or five meals, it's still 2,000 calories.
