Stevia is an all-natural and non-nutritive sweetener, meaning it doesn't contribute any calories. We don't use artificial flavorings or sweeteners.
We consider stevia a "neutral" ingredient. It isn't necessarily "healthy", like fruits or vegetables, because there aren't really any health benefits to it. It's also not unhealthy, as there aren't any negative consequences of consuming it. Stevia is a popular alternative to artificial sweeteners like aspartame, saccharin, or sucralose, as well as regular sugar.
