Using a blender to make your protein is easy and gets the job done super fast! But it's not always the most convenient for those on the go which is why we highly recommend using a Blender Bottle and making sure it has a blender ball- this is key!
Add your choice of liquid first (important!), then your protein powder and shake, shake, shake your blend vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Don't let your shake sit for longer than 5-10 minutes as all proteins are made to be consumed quickly after making them.
Pro Tip: Add ice to your Blender Bottle to help smooth out the protein even more or if you just like cold shakes!
If you have a plant-based protein then we recommend using a plant-based milk such as soy or oat milk instead of water to help smooth out the pea/ rice protein which can taste gritty if not done correctly.
