The good news is that regardless of when you consume your blend, it will be helping to contribute high quality protein and calories to your diet to aid in your goals of weight gain. Usually the best time for it is when you think it could help you out the most. Overall, we suggest singling out a time of the day that you either don’t already eat protein, or eat in general. It could be before or after a workout, in the morning, evening, between meals, etc.
Having said that, if you typically don’t include protein within your diet surrounding workouts, we suggest it there. It could be beneficial before or afterwards, so just add it in where you typically don't eat already. It can be very helpful to not only help with meeting protein needs, but improving workout recovery more so at that time. Otherwise or on days you don’t workout, one of the above times would be great!
