Regardless of when you consume your blend, it will be helping to contribute high quality protein and calories to your diet to aid in your goals of weight gain. Usually the best time for it is when your diet may be lacking in protein. It could be before or after a workout, in the morning, evening, between meals, etc.
Having said that, if you typically donāt include protein within your diet surrounding workouts, we suggest it there. It could be beneficial before or afterwards, so just add it in where you typically don't eat already. Otherwise or on days you donāt workout, one of the above times would be great!
