This really depends on your goals! If you're looking to lose weight, you will likely need to adjust your diet in some way, in addition to using your protein powder (e.g. changes in food choices, portion sizes, etc.). It's also good to keep in mind that even though our protein blends for weight loss are low-calorie, each serving does contain 100+ calories that will contribute to your overall calorie intake.
However, if your goal is to gain weight, these added calories likely won't be as important to keep track of. In order to gain weight in a safe, gradual manner, a surplus of about 250-500 calories per day is needed.
