Typically we do not encourage following very specific meal plans.. For most people, they really are not realistic, sustainable, or even healthy to follow in the long term. Your diet should be something that can be modified when needed to fit your lifestyle. The diet habits that you use to achieve your results is something that you are going to have to stick with if you want to keep those results.
Ultimately what we would recommend is simply taking your normal diet/eating habits and making small changes and modifications to it. Usually this is the most realistic and beneficial way to go about it. This way you already start off with a based diet that you normally follow, and you can just slightly tweak it. This kind of creates your own personal "meal plan", which is pretty cool. It also is more likely to be appropriate in total calories, and include foods within your preferences.
