If you are worried about the naturally-occuring caffeine content of the green tea extract we use in some of our protein powder blends, please note that 1 serving of green tea extract contributes a negligible amount of caffeine (5 mg, approximately 1/20th of a cup of coffee). You can easily consume more than that by eating chocolate or drinking decaf coffee.
For people with a hypersensitivity to caffeine (such as not being able to tolerate decaf coffee), we're more than happy to remove green tea extract from your blend. Just email your Registered Dietitian at RD@gainful.com
