If you are worried about the naturally-occurring caffeine content of the green tea extract we use in some of our protein powder blends, note that 1 serving of green tea extract contributes a small amount of caffeine (~25 mg). Generally, it's recommended to limit daily caffeine consumption to under 300mg while pregnant.
