If you are worried about the naturally-occurring caffeine content of the green tea extract we use in some of our protein powder blends, please note that 1 serving of green tea extract contributes a negligible amount of caffeine (5 mg, approximately 1/20th of a cup of coffee). You can easily consume more than that by eating chocolate or drinking decaf coffee. For people with a hypersensitivity to caffeine (such as not being able to tolerate decaf coffee), we recommend removing green tea extract from your blend.
