When you place your first order, your credit card will be charged immediately and we will begin preparing your protein powder for shipment. Your credit card will then be charged automatically again based on your subscription frequency plan, but you are always free to pause and skip your subscription orders. If you pause or skip your orders, you are only automatically billed on the indicated next order date.
If you are currently subscribed and want to view your next order date, you can log in at Gainful.com. At the Subscription tab, you'll find your next order date indicated as the "Next bill date."
Please note that this is your next order, scheduled according to your subscription frequency or scheduled according to your subscription pause or skip. To view the status of a processed and confirmed order, visit the "Order History" tab.
To keep you in the loop, we send a reminder email 3 days before your next order date. If you have not received a reminder email 3 days before your scheduled order, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
