Gainful is a subscription product, and we ask you to confirm your subscription frequency at checkout. We do also send reminder emails before your personalized blend is shipped each month – if you're not receiving our emails, please check your spam folder or edit your email address.
If you are on a subscription, please note that we do not offer refunds for any order after the payment has been processed.
