How to delay or postpone an order

If you'd like to delay your next order a few weeks, no problem.  You can postpone your next order by logging into your subscription page at Gainful.com, anytime before your next order date.

1. 1) Head to Gainful.com and log in.
2. 2) Click "Edit Your Subscription" or go to the "Subscription" tab.
3. 3) Click the pencil icon next to "Next Order Date"
4. 4) In the panel that pops up, choose the date you'd like your next order to be placed.
5. 5) Click "Save Changes."
6. 6) If you want to delay the order for longer, you can repeat the process to see more dates available. 

Please note you can only delay or postpone an order before it's scheduled order date. Orders that have already been placed and confirmed cannot be canceled or postponed to send out on later date.
